Details about Hirodai Runners

I belong to a circle which is called "Hirodai Runners". Therefore, I would like to introduce it to

you. It is held on every Monday and Thursday,from 18:30 to 20:00. We run the assigned

course up to 4 laps. 1 lap is about 3.2 km,so running this course may be very good to lose

weight and increase your muscle.  After running this course, we run a short distance

(about 60 meter) three times with full power. It is called Nagasi. Finally,we do push-up,

abdominal muscle and the back. If you become interested in Hirodai Runners, please come to

the northern gym.
